Wear-resistant PVC SOFT TOUCH FILM for Construction

Mainly made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a material with good flexibility and durability. It provides a soft touch while ensuring waterproof performance.

Usually the thickness is between 0.5 - 2mm. Thicker membranes can provide better wear resistance and waterproof effect, but at the same time it will increase the cost. The specific thickness can be selected according to actual needs.

It has a high tensile strength, generally between 10 - 30MPa. This makes the membrane less likely to break during stretching and can withstand a certain amount of tension.

The tear strength is high, generally between 5 - 15MPa. This ensures that the membrane is not easy to break when torn by external force, and improves the safety of the membrane.
Waterproof performance

Through special wear resistance tests, the wear resistance of the membrane reaches more than 200 - 500 times. This means that the membrane can resist wear and maintain good surface quality during long-term use.
